Story Book privacy

Aura remains the home of your Story. Coramly receives only the edition you approve — the printable photos, captions, dedication and QR artwork for that book — to show you a proof, print it and deliver it.

Voices and videos stay in Aura. The printer receives only the production files for your order, never access to your Story or your Aura account.

We never use Story content, children’s images, captions, audio, QR codes or shipping details for advertising, AI training or audience building, and we never send them to analytics, session-replay or crash-reporting tools.

Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our systems.

Refunding or cancelling an order doesn’t revoke any QR — QR access is always controlled in Aura.

Only if you choose “Allow ad measurement” on the Story Book page, Coramly sends Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) the following from our servers, to measure and optimize our ads: that you viewed the Story Book page, started a private checkout, or bought a book (always valued at $99 USD, excluding shipping and tax); an anonymous visit ID; Meta click and browser IDs; a one-way hashed Aura account reference; and, for page views and checkout, your IP address and browser type (IP is passed through and not stored by us).

We also keep the ad campaign tags from your first visit (source, medium, campaign, content, term) and a record of your choice, when you made it, and the notice version you saw. We never send Meta your name, email, address, child details, or Story content.

Reddit: with the same permission, when a printed Story Book order is paid, our servers send Reddit a purchase record containing the Reddit click ID from your ad click (rdt_cid), the number of books, the book value excluding shipping and tax, the product name, an anonymous order-based conversion ID, and the campaign tags above. Nothing is sent to Reddit if you arrived without a Reddit click ID, if you refuse, or for test payments. Without your permission, nothing is sent to Meta, Google, or Reddit. You can withdraw anytime using “Ad measurement settings” on the Story Book page; sending stops immediately, including events not yet delivered.

The Story Book sales page does not load our tawk.to support chat until you choose “Ask the Story guide.” If you open it, tawk.to processes the messages you send and technical chat-session information such as your IP address, browser and page so its AI agent or our team can respond.

We do not automatically send the chat your name, receipt email, recipient details, cart contents, payment information, order records or private Story content. Please never put card details, passwords, claim links, QR codes, book files or photos of children into support chat. You can use email support instead.
