Coramly Sign · Exact-action approval

Approve the exact action—not just the document.

Coramly turns “I approve” into “I approve exactly this, under these limits, one time.” Show the signer the amount, destination, scope, requester, and expiration before approval.

The approver uses one secure web link. No Aura installation is required.

Exact

Bound to the amount, destination, scope, parties, and expiration reviewed.

Single-use

In an integrated workflow, the matching Execution Seal can be consumed once.

Single-use enforcement requires a connected system. Outside one, the Approval Record documents the approval but cannot stop reuse.

Withdrawable

An unused approval can be withdrawn before the connected action executes.

Names and amounts are illustrative. The record documents an approval event; it does not claim legal sufficiency or that an action is safe.

A signature agrees. An approval constrains.

Traditional e-signature

Records agreement to a document.

Coramly Sign

Binds a designated signer’s verified approval method to one exact action, with single-use enforcement only in connected systems.

For title & escrow

When closing instructions change, approve the change—not the email.

A legitimate closing can be compromised inside a legitimate email thread. Coramly Sign gives your team a separate approval path for material changes, preserving what the authorized person saw, approved, and when.

  • Wire or disbursement instruction changes
  • Seller-proceeds, payee, or account changes
  • Payoff changes
  • Last-minute document replacement
  • Remote-seller exceptions
  • Refund or deposit redirection

How it works

Three steps. One exact approval.

  1. 01

    Define the exact action

The sender opens Coramly Sign in Aura and sets the amount, destination, scope, approver, and expiration.

  2. 02

Approver reviews through a secure web link

The designated approver sees the exact terms, completes the email-code check and Coramly Sign verification, and approves—or doesn't. No app or account needed.

  3. 03

    Keep the Approval Record

The file receives a timestamped, tamper-evident Execution Seal tied to the approved action and document fingerprint.

The approver needs no app or account.

Start with a real approval.

  • You only pay when it actually completes. Drafts and abandoned requests are free.
  • Your first few completed seals are free.

How signing works

Where do I sign?
Signing happens at aura-safety.first24.io/sign/review — not the Aura app, not first24.com.
What do I do after I request the verification code?
After “Send verification code,” enter the 6-digit code on the same page. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Which email address should I use?
The approver email must exactly match what the sender named.
Does Coramly Sign replace our existing controls?
No. Coramly Sign supplements—not replaces—required callbacks, identity checks, secure banking portals, underwriter rules, notarization, e-signature, compliance controls, and legal review.
Does Coramly decide whether an action is safe?
No. Coramly creates a constrained record of approval; it does not decide whether an action is safe, correct, lawful, or beneficial. It does not verify bank-account ownership or claim legal sufficiency.
When is single-use enforced?
Only when the receiving system is connected to Coramly Sign and checks the Execution Seal before acting. Without that connection, the Approval Record still documents what was approved.

Put the exact terms in front of the approver.
