SMART INVITE
A forwarded link is easy. A confirmed handoff should not be.
A Vehicle Close Smart Invite asks each buyer or seller to open the exact plan on their own protected device and complete a fresh Aura participant check before confirming the vehicle, time, place, or handoff. That adds meaningful friction against casual forwarding and gives both sides a clearer record of who confirmed what.
Their protected device
Face ID, fingerprint, or the device passcode protects the confirmation step. Aura receives only the result of that device check—not the person’s fingerprint or face data.
The exact plan
The confirmation stays tied to this vehicle and the details both sides reviewed. If a material term changes, it should be surfaced and confirmed again before money or keys move.
A shared record
Both sides can keep the same dated record of the invite, responses, agreed details, and handoff—not screenshots scattered across a text thread.
Smart Invite sent → participant checks on their device → both confirm the same plan → changes are surfaced → handoff is recorded
Device-protected confirmation strengthens the record; it is not government-ID verification, a background check, proof of ownership, escrow, or a guarantee against fraud or safety. Aura never receives fingerprint or face templates.
BEFORE MONEY. BEFORE KEYS.
A clearer close, in four steps.
01
Agree before you arrive.
Agree on the vehicle, price, deposit, documents, and handoff terms.
02
Confirm the same record.
Buyer and seller each confirm the same terms and disclosed vehicle condition.
03
Close with a checklist.
At closing, use the handoff checklist and create the shared Vehicle Sale Seal.
04
An optional card deposit.
If the seller connects Stripe inside Aura, the buyer may pay an agreed deposit by card. Aura does not hold funds or provide escrow.

Before you close.
Who is Vehicle Close for?
Private-party vehicle sales only. It gives buyer and seller one shared record for a single sale, not a dealership workflow.
What does $19.99 cover?
One private sale. One shared closing record. Vehicle Close is a one-time $19.99 purchase inside Aura, not a subscription.
What does Aura verify?
Vehicle Close records what the parties declare and confirm. It does not verify ownership, lien status, vehicle condition, payment settlement, or identity beyond the product’s actual checks.
Is Aura escrow or a title service?
No. Aura is not escrow, a title service, an inspection, legal advice, or a guarantee against fraud. The record does not establish legal sufficiency. Complete your own checks and follow the applicable title-transfer requirements.
How do card deposits work?
Card deposits require the seller’s connected Stripe account. The buyer may pay the agreed deposit through that account; processor terms and fees may apply. Coramly does not hold the money or provide escrow.
